Shipping policy

This policy explains how ENSIEN processes and ships orders placed on ensien.in.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Timelines

Metro cities: 3-5 business days
Non-metro cities and towns: 5-8 business days
Remote or restricted-access areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Any free-shipping thresholds will be clearly displayed on the product or cart page at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details. You can track your order status using the link provided.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at admin@ensien.in or 97783 52885 with your order number, and we will investigate with our courier partner.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal at the doorstep, the courier partner will make additional attempts as per their policy. Orders returned to us after repeated failed attempts will be processed for refund minus applicable shipping charges, or reshipped at the customer's request with additional shipping cost.
